I was never a fan of BBQ until I ate here. Great food and service. They also have a location on Rt. 35, Sea Girt, NJ (but only take out or delivery).
This place is pretty dang good. I visited here from California and Texas and I recommend this place for a barbecue. I got the brisket, chopped and the sliced brisket. They were delicious. I also got the catfish as well and it was great every single time. Even the coleslaw is good as well. Make sure you stop here in five days. I ate here three times.
It's been years since I've been there, the menus changed a bit, but the food is still delicious. Not a fancy place, but cozy inside if you want to eat in. Great tasting BBQ from ribs to brisket to chicken. The spicy barbecue sauce is delicious on their smoked wings. Could not complain about anything. Service is great fast and friendly.
Dude I stopped by to check out what my wife was talking about because I couldn't find a place close enough but I got one now. It didn't last long enough for me to take a picture. I got the Brussels sprouts and sliced brisket and the poppers. It slaps. I'll grab pictures on my next run in which will be very soon!
First time being at this place and man oh man was it amazing, I got the three meat plate with the 11 dollar two side combo and a drink and my mom got the pulled pork sandwich and my dad got the three meat plate also, the food was excellent and hot and fresh and was worth the money spent
Pricey, but was better this time around with beef. Burger + chips + Fountain Water less than $13.
Are you looking for good BBQ that will leave you full and requiring a box to go? Then you have found the spot! Bbq is a hard find for me, but then Local Smoke was recommended to me. & now I know why! Flavorful, great options, the meat isn't dry and you leave happy! Place is clean, the dining area, restrooms and how the food is served. Must try place! I had some for leftovers, and even after warming it up - it was still so good!!
